While on our Thanksgiving trip to San Francisco, we were walking around the city. And lo and behold there he sat... munching on a burger and fries. I had to do a double take, then whipped out the camera to snap a photo and put to rest the debate.
There he sat in the middle of SF - Santa is real. Who would have thunk?Walking around the city really made me miss it. Even the trash and urine smell and crazy homeless people asking for change. Something about the city speaks to me... or maybe that is just the crazy homeless beggar inside of me...
We had a great visit with Anne and Nick (Mary's sister and brother in law for those who don't know). Unfortunately the trip only aroused the travel bug in us. The monkeys were pretty good on the trip. Although I think we are at our limit of being able to entertain them on our laps.
We will be driving back to Illinois for X-mas... straight through... that should squelch the travel bug for a while.
